SupplierPremiereSM Supply Chain Excellence Program
SyCom Services Corporation (SSC) will manage your supply chain program, assessing your suppliers for Quality and Delivery, report when a supplier falls below your specified acceptable rating level, and assure the Delivery and Quality requirements are communicated to your suppliers See Note 1.
SSC will audit your supplier to published aerospace standards (E.g. AS9100, ISO9000, EASA or Published OEM Specifications). You select the desired audit type and the audit rules. There is no charge for the audit, only T&L See Note 2 associated with the trip in case travel is required.
SSC will track the reliability and provide a monthly supplier report for the company to use as a buying guide for conformance. Should the supplier be issued a Corrective Action, SSC will assist the supplier in the successful resolution of the event. If an SSC representative is required to assist onsite, the supplier will pay all associated costs.
When requested by the client SSC will provide a representative to answer questions and provide objective evidence of compliance.
SupplierPremiereSM Certification Program
Suppliers approved under the SupplierPremiereSM program are managed for On-Time Delivery and Quality metrics. Should the supplier require assistance in meeting requirements, consulting personnel can be dispatched to help restore compliance. If a SSC representative is required to assist onsite, the supplier will pay all associated costs.
MiniERP See Note 3
MiniERP is an online system which tracks Quality and delivery Metrics of suppliers. An abbreviated Purchase Order is entered into the system at the time of order along with any Quality Requirements. The PO is then electronically delivered to the supplier.
MiniEDI
MiniEDI is an online system that will electronically transmit a Purchase Order and associated Quality Requirements to a supplier. It will track any communications between the supplier and the purchaser related to the PO. The receipt of the PO and any non-compliance will be noted online along with a calculation of the On-Time and Quality ratings for the order. Corrective Action Requests (CAR) associated with the order are tracked and reported to assure compliance.
